Reflecting opinion the project:

When I think about my past and present creative works, I do always end up feeling like it isn't enough so that's not new but here are some things I was thinking about now that it’s done:
(Now that I have the rocks in their place in the display, 100% think this project would be more gorgeous and impactful if i used the entire space interior of the paper mashay box to be covered in stones (the sealings and sides included.))
I also would have added more paint to camouflage my rock more if I didn’t run out of white.
Maybe I’ll build a better version of this in the future
I at first was too afraid to place this out and loose my rocks. But if someone really wants to take them for some reason, I will collect more, and have this documentation. So here we are! I rather people enjoy, the “art” and even added some interactive offerings in the blog post.
Artistic motivations and interests: (I really like focusing on mixing documentation into art.) So that was a big one, I also love the ideas of making collections in that same vain.
The target audience would be people walking by and the people in class to learn a little bit about my collection, rock types, and the “art of noticing.”

Quote I took inspo from: On space and context“ Instillation art still separates the work from the world, and aesthetic experience from the everyday experience… artwork depends on the viewers perspective and context of the work- visible as well as invisible….”Anne Ring Petersen, Installation Art page 41-45.
